Mixed Berry Crumble Mug Cake🍓

For the cake:
1/2 Tablespoon vegan butter (melted)
1 Tablespoon white sugar
Splash of vanilla
3 Tablespoons flour
Pinch of salt
Pinch of baking soda
Non-dairy milk of choice (approximately 1 & 1/2 Tablespoons, but more if needed)
1/4 Cup mixed berries (I used frozen)
For the crumble:
1/2 Tablespoon vegan butter (softened)
1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon Flour (add more if it’s not crumbly enough)
Mix cake ingredients together in a mug until it’s the consistency of pancake batter and top with frozen berries. Next add the crumbles and microwave for around 3 minutes. Let cool and Enjoy!!
