Wine List
Each time I try a new vegan wine, I will post my short review of it here for your refrence.

When choosing a wine, I look for lighter, sweeter ones. I recently discovered that there are also some wines that use animal products, so now I have to research whether or not they are vegan. I found a really helpful website where you can search the alcohol and it will tell you if it is vegan friendly or not. It's barnivore.com, and it is going to make shopping for alcohol so much easier for me.

While standing in the wine aisle at Target, I quickly searched a few of the wines that looked appealing and discovered this Chardonnay. It was a good price, and it is a white wine so I decided to try it. I am pretty particular when it comes to alcohol, so even though my rating is low, that doesn't mean it is a bad product. It is a bit too dry for my taste and the fruity notes are very subtle. The lingering aftertaste isn't unpleasant though, and I thing the wine would pair well with something salty to bring out more of the fruit and sweetness in the wine itself. Though it isn't my favorite, it is an affordable, good quality wine.
